The only reference I have found to Brass’s involvement is from Variety (3 April 1974, p. 28):

At Coralta... Ennio De Concini has replaced Giovanni Tinto Brass as director of satire-comedy “Stormtroopers.”....

The film was eventually directed by Salvatore Samperi and released in January 1977.
